I have a Ross water cleaner Model RPPN2000E. It appears the fitting on the sharp end of the turbo lance has sprung a leak and the water jet is going every which way with no direct jet for cleaning. Is it possible to purchase a replacement part and should I bring it in for you to check.

Excellent service from Terry and Wombat to fix my Karcher. Pump had siezed and getting off shaft was fairly impossible. Hard work from the boys managed to get it to part company. A new pump installed and back in action. All at a most reasonable price.
